From Bari: Once you exit the highway, take the SS 7 until to the city entrance. Follow the signs Taranto Centro and pass the Ponte di pietra (stone bridge).
From Reggio Calabria: Continue on SS 106 until town entrance. Follow the directions Taranto Center and pass the Stone Bridge.
From Brindisi - Lecce - Grottaglie: Continue on SS 7 to the Taranto Croce junction . Exit at Taranto Croce, Taranto Centre following directions and take the Ponte di Pietra.
Once on the old city island (after crossing the Ponte di Pietra), follow the Vittorio Emanuele course, around the island until Via Garibaldi.
